Italia Spider — Quick-Release System

Spider 40mm clips at the shoulders, 80mm on the sides. Instant forward release — no left/right distinction. Silent, ultra-durable, combat-proven in Ukraine.

Full MOLLE/PALS Coverage

Front, back, and cummerbund panels fully webbed. Compatible with all standard MOLLE pouches and accessories.

3D Lattice Mesh Back Panel

Ventilated back panel reduces heat buildup during extended wear. Keeps the carrier off the body for airflow.

Mil-Spec 500D Nylon Shell

Brookwood 500D Nylon Mil-Spec construction throughout. Same material standard as issued military equipment.

IIIA Soft Armor Ready

Accepts 10×12 and 11×14 SAPI/ESAPI hard plates plus integrated IIIA soft armor panels front and back.

ITW Nexus Hardware

Shoulder Tube Attachments & 3D Lattice Mesh

The QRS Plate Carrier features dedicated shoulder tube attachment loops on both shoulder straps — designed to route and secure PAPR hoses and wired communication cables cleanly along the carrier. No loose cables, no snag hazards.

  • Dual shoulder tube loops — Integrated attachment points on both shoulder straps. Route PAPR hoses and comm cables without aftermarket adapters.
  • CBRN / PAPR compatible — Designed to work with standard PAPR hose diameters. Keeps the hose secured and off the arms during movement.
  • Wired comms routing — Clean cable management for wired PTT and radio coil cords. Prevents snagging on obstacles and equipment during tactical operations.
  • 3D lattice mesh back panel — Breathable honeycomb mesh keeps the carrier off the body, reducing heat buildup during extended patrol, vehicle operations, and CBRN scenarios.

Spider 40mm

Compact clip positioned at the shoulder straps. Designed for rapid doffing while maintaining a minimal profile on the upper straps. Its high-resistance nylon construction eliminates all metallic rattling — silent in movement, even during extended wear.

Bypass option: The 40mm clips can be individually deactivated to keep the shoulder fronts fully clear. Ideal for a weapon rest in the C position — comfort and freedom of movement preserved, full release ensured by the lateral 80mm clips.

Wide clip positioned on the side straps. Instant forward release — no left/right distinction, operable with thick gloves or under extreme stress. Full carrier doff in under 2 seconds. Combat-proven in real conditions in Ukraine.

Primary release: Even if the 40mm shoulder clips are bypassed, the 2× lateral Spider 80mm clips alone ensure a complete and secure doff. The system remains fully functional in all configurations.
